This property is located right in the busy commercial area in front of the BTS Chong Nonsi Station and just a few minutes from major shopping centre.

I-Residence provides an excellent breakfast on the Roof-top Restaurant which has 60 seats capacity.

Location is excellent if you intend to use the BTS for most of your transportation as its just a few steps away from the main entrance. Deluxe room was too small for comfort and the ceilings were low. We also did not have the mini bar filled except for 2 bottled water daily. There isn’t much in terms of food that is within walking distance, the nearest probably around the silom complex and patpong area. Hopefully once the new wing of the hotel is completed, it will offer better facilities and services. In summary, it is ok if you’re on a budget and want a clean and simple yet convenient place to sleep in.
Good hotel for lone business traveller who is looking for a no-frill hotel. As this is a budget “bouutique” hotel, don’t expect much on the facilities but the staff are warm and helpful. They are more than willing to help out within their means for your business needs. The hotel provide free in-room internet access but it is not wireless. As for the location, the Chitlom train station is just a stone throw away so it is convenient if you know how to make use of the public transport. If you are travelling in a taxi, be prepared for heavy traffic jam during the normal working peak hours as it is near the business district of Bangkok. Overall, it is a clean hotel that can provide the basic needs of a traveller at a cheap price.
If you do not need any facilities (i.e internet, swimming pool, breakfast etc…) and just want to sleep and go outside by train with walk around 5 mins, that maybe the hotel you want. P.S. Durign this period (Apr-Jun 08), there may have some noice from the adjcent construction sites at the weekday.
